In the parade of shops at Clapham just north of Bedford on the A6 with easy parking outside. Excellent tasty breakfast which was freshly cooked. Very good value for money. Also have a great selection of sandwiches and rolls and cakes. Friendly and prompt service. Give it a try.
popped in for an early lunch/snack. friendly staff who will make items how you want them. nice selection of cakes too. Can eat in or take out.
Caffe Piccolo is located at the end of a row of shops on the old A6 in Clapham just outside Bedford.I stopped there yesterday and purchased some samosas,a bakewell cake,and a couple of freshly made egg and tomato baps.My food was extremely nice and i did find it difficult to choose which fillings to have as there were so many to choose from. The baps were fresh and i struggled to finish them,served by a friendly chatty gentleman who i think was the owner.....the full English breakfast did look tempting,a customer was tucking in as i entered the shop.....plenty of choice on a decent menu and i would not hesitate to return. Visited 12th Jan 2018.
If you are looking for the best, tastiest and freshest food served up with a smile and a joke from the owners, you need look no further. The full English breakfast is the best you will ever taste. Try the freshly prepared sandwiches and rolls and you will be left wanting more.
As usual another excellent healthy lunch from this fantastic cafe. The friendly staff, the freshly prepared food makes this cafe a must. Great menu and the other reviews seem to say it all! Top grub!

Perfect little village cafe, we've moved away from the area but still return for the odd breakfast and coffee!
Looks like a small cafe, it is a small cafe. The host is full of smiles and jokes and makes this a nice place to eat. Fresh burger with salad , chips and a drink for £4.20. Kids loved it.
I often have my lunch at Caffé Piccolo when passing by. Great staff, always very friendly, polite and welcoming. The best part is the food, absolutely fantastic. A vast range of fresh foods, from a full English breakfast to a host of freshly made filled rolls/sandwiches or hot Panini and pizza, they also have fresh cakes. The same goes for beverages, from cold drinks to Cappuccinos/Lattes and even herbal teas. If you are in the area I absolutely recommend Caffé Piccolo to anyone, young or elderly, they have something nice and tasty for everybody.

Love this little cafe, lovely friendly staff, great coffee and the best bacon rolls in the world........oh and they have chocolate toothpaste too !!! Fab place, highly recommended
