Quiet as football evening before, lovely as we wanted lunch a family chat,
Our waiter was very friendly, food very good,
We were going elsewhere but was closed due to technical problem, but we got a better choice!
The location is very easy to find. The availability of parking area is wonderful. The restaurant is an American design, the ambiance is energetic and the music is a little bit loud.
We were nicely welcomed and seated. Here I have to say that the customer service was excellent. The staff are very attentive and hard workers.
The menu is rich, American and italian cuisines are offered. There is a kids menu as well.
The prices are reasonable.
We ordered the triple cheese burger and a salmon dish for mains, southern fried chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks for appetizers, and uptown waffle for desserts.
The salmon was nicley cooked, but a change of sauce could be great.
The cheeseburger and the waffle were good.
As overall, a good experience and it is worth trying.
Reasonable prices. Fast service. Desert was full of sugar. Not nice. I don't go out of my way to come here but the food is always consistent and staff are pleasant. Another visit at the start of 2020. Fast service. Pleasant staff. Cranberry and Brie festive burger was a pleasant change by both burger and bacon inside were burnt. Not asked by staff if meal was ok so no complaint made. Garlic pizza with added cheese was seriously lacking in the cheese department. Food is really not as good as it used to be.
Nice cosy atmosphere. Classic Frankie and Benny's layout. Gives you the real American diner feeling. Food and service has always been great. Has a small private car park with disabled parking. You must remember to register your car on the tablet once you walk in as you could get a fine if you don't. It's only recently been installed however there is a big sign as you walk in. Good location, easy to get to. If it's busy there are a number of other options near by just a few minutes drive away

They’ve added cameras to the car park here so make sure you register your vehicle on the screen at the reception desk to avoid a fine! Our visit was on a Friday evening and it was surprisingly quiet with diners. The music and lively kitchen vibe still managed to provide a good atmosphere though and sitting in a booth at the window meant we got loads of space. The waitress who looked after us was very welcoming and was friendly throughout the stay, certainly not making us feel rushed at any point. Drinks were brought quickly and fortunately the soft drinks weren’t filled with mostly ice.
The chicken parmigiana main was a great size and tasty, and the classic hot dog was a good option for someone not wanting a full main dish. It was a shame that the sauces weren’t provided on the side as promised, instead being served all over the frankfurter, but at least there were enough ships to help get through it. Both dishes were brought in good time. Everywhere was clean so I’d certainly return again for a filling meal!
Honestly, the food is mediocre at best, setting not exactly enthralling /exciting - but the staff are consistently great. My 4 year old loves it here, which is ultimately what is of prime importance to me when choosing eating locations.
Been here lots of times and absolutely love the food. Breakfast/lunch/dinner, all food is great. Tried the breakfast pizza this morning. Definitely recommend it.
Always a great breakfast. Probably not the healthiest, but delicious. And if you're hungry go for "the big one"!
Good selection of food and they will cope with people with food allergies very well. They seem to take it seriously and will check through with you personally for any problems.
Someone had a milk intolerance in our party so this was really appreciated.
When the food arrived it was well cooked and tastey too. The portions aren't very generous however, and the prices are a bit higher than I'd expect, but overall a good place to eat. I will definitely be visiting again.
Food was really nice staff very polite.
This is a great place for children as the atmosphere is quite noisy and so if you're child decides to have a full on strop (As my 16 month old did), no one batted an eyelid. They also provide activities for children which is a bonus. We come here regularly and the service and food is normally very good and quick. Only negatives to state are that I think the drinks are quite pricey especially as there is no free refill service and sometimes the desserts aren't as good as the mains. All in all, a great family place to eat.
