After about half a dozen visits GBK has been consistently good. The burgers are actually interesting with decent flavours, and it’s great that they are not just beef burgers too. Lamb, chicken beef and veggie. ( try the Herman the lamb !)

Pleasant setting and clean. The staff are great - Warm, friendly and chatty. The more I go, the more I like the place. The food is great, the same as any other GBK restaurant. Their milkshakes are better than any offered dedicated dessert establishments in the town. Ask them to mix you up a chocolat
Newly opened restaurant, great service this time. Last time we went we waited a while before being greeted but the waitress was really friendly and made us feel welcome. Liked that we were given a choice of where to sit as often they decide for you. Great burgers and not too busy for lunchtime. Will
The burgers are so good and the options list for added extras is long.
This after all is a fast food joint so i don't expect the waiting staff to do a lot, but give a basic service.
I'm really glad it has come to Bedford. Double naked burger with a fried egg and sweet potato fries is my suggestion.
Nice new restaurant on the new Riverside North development. The restaurant looks modern and up to date, and the burger was excellent. The staff at the till were friendly and helpful, however, I wasn't aware that the main counter for takeaways was around the corner.
Amazing food and service, really loved the whole experience. I will recommend not taking your 93 year old Grandmother there who has never had a burger. But everyone else in my family loved it and I was recommended to go by a friend too. Well worth it.
Really nice new place with a good range of tasty burgers at a fair price. The service was very fast and they have an unlimited refills drinks option. Would really recommend getting the GBK app before you go as it offers discounts on the food
Brilliant restaurant! Thoroughly recommended for service, quality of food and speed of service. Awesome Vegan options. Great range of options for other dietary needs too. If you haven't been go now!

Food was good, like really tasty and not too over priced
Staff where a little pushy when it came to an issue that arose - other half ordered something and they didn't have it, lady came over to us, without a menu to consult and basically said "Well what do you want?" And once ordered after a panic,
I really like this burger place.. when I'm in Bedford I try and have lunch here. Its not to over crowded, the food is great and the staff are super. The manager has done well.
