Although I waited for 20 minutes in mcdonalds my food came like this, it was 10:30pm and about 4 other customers in there at the time. There were plenty of staff working too but the state of the place was disgusting. I felt nauseous when opening my food and when I asked for a new burger they asked what was missing from the burger.
It's a necessity when feeling lazy, McDonald's used to be a treat but it is now expensive and hardly classed as food. All of these so called restaurants seem to suffer employee apathy. If I can help it I don't go in one.

Other than that, staff and service were good.
I ordered a banana milkshake and I received a blend of a strawberry milkshake and a banana milkshake. It tasted great so I did not complain, however I think customers allergies should be cautious of this.
