The tables are really close to each other and everyone could hear each others conversations. The service is OK but could be faster.
In conclusion, I’ll recommend this place but try to go during off peak hours
Great spot for breakfast! Staff communicated and set expectations well. It is cash-only. The food was wonderful, and it’s a cute little spot to have a traditional breakfast!
Delicious breakfast spot. We ordered the bumper fry and eggs with added extras. Really fresh and hot. Quick and friendly service. The bacon was so flavoursome and generous portion sizes. Would definitely recommend if visiting Belfast! Easy to get to by bus (drop off near university) then a short walk to maggie mays.
Food tastes very nice but toppings and portions are a bit scarce (e.g. one bacon rasher, one hash brown...). Atmosphere is lovely.
My favourite cafe in Belfast, pretty much tried all the menu and have yet to be disappointed! So good in the sun as well 🥰
Popped in here with the family twice over the one weekend. First the staff was very courteous, helpful and we never had to wait to long.
The menu was large, but that is not a complaint but quite the opposite. There is many options to choose from to suit all tastes. The pricing for the food is very good value for money.
In regards to food, all our menu choices there was no complaints. The food was just so tasty and in short Maggy Mays is our favourite cafe in belfast.
There’s 5 of us travelling for a few days in Belfast and this is our second day at Maggies it’s been amazing food was perfect service amazing and the atmosphere was gorgeous. The decorations are to die for just everything perfect will be back again tomorrow for our last day of the trip.

Great place for students and families. Good food for good price and I love the new decor. Really handy and nice location too!
However, please can servers make customers aware if it is cash only before they sit down and eat please! However, we have always had a good experience and will definitely be back!
