Fratelli

We went for dinner on Sunday and it was really packed so the staff were a bit stretched which meant we waited almost 30 minutes before someone even took our food order. The waitress we had was very nice and apologetic though. The food was really good, better than expected actually but quite expensive. Had the chicken Parm which was lovely. It comes with chips that were nice but a bit undercooked. The rest of the party had risotto and prawns and pizza of which all were very nice. The pumpkin risotto was probably the nicest risotto I've had in a while. Pistachio tiramisu was tasty but for 5 pound the portion is tiny and not really good value for money. Probably wouldn't return but did enjoy the meal.

The starter was good. I would have preferred that the dip was in a separate bowl as the fish at the bottom was covered in too much dip. I hope the management pick this up and take my comments on board? I was really impressed that the kitchen helped me with my intolerance to potato and added some extra vegetables. the Cod was tasty and the vegetables cooked perfect. Lovely Atmosphere even though I was dining alone on a busy Friday evening. Desserts - I would have loved to have seen an Italian cheese board on the menu. Italy has some excellent cheeses and I would have expected some of them here. Thank you team for the great good. See you again?
