Their vegan orange chocolate cookie was the best vegan cookie I have ever had . It was very moist and just melted in your mouth.

Stopped in for a light dinner before getting the train home after spending the day in Belfast. I love cafe Nero toasties, so that and my drink (salted caramel and pistachio frappe) were delicious and staff in general at the till were lovely, but I'm mainly leaving a review because I was clumsy and spilt my drink going to sit down and I don't know their name but the staff member/barista who helped me was very kind and I appreciated that.

A pretty good cafe especially if you want to be close to the bus station. It is a busy spot and there isn't always seating emedeatly available. Over all thought, the banana bread and paninis where good. I'd pass on their chai though...

I loved their service. The coffee, carrot cake and the fruit herbal tea are so perfectly served. What we were impressed about was the fact that I dropped a full cup of cappuccino and the service guy made us a fresh one immediately with no extra cost. Thanks brother. You guys are too good.
