Cassidy's is the kind heart of the North. Not soft, but tender. It's definitely suitable for those who want to feel North Belfast, safe. Bring an open heart, respect, manners, softness & light. However, bring entitlement, discourtesy, disrespect, the road will tell thee how it feels. For those who want a theme park, trophy hunters, haughty types, mo money than cents, there's bars for ya'll in the city centre that'll fleece you & throne you. Antrim rd is a good working class area with plenty of sharp edges. Cassidy's is an oasis an' good ol' craic.

Recently, I had the pleasure of stepping into this cozy establishment and immersing myself in a world of creamy indulgence that tantalized my senses. As I settled into the warm ambiance of Cassidy's Bar, I was immediately captivated by its welcoming atmosphere. The friendly chatter of patrons and the soft notes of Irish music floating through the air created a lively yet comfortable setting, perfect for savoring the renowned Irish stout. Without hesitation, I ordered a pint of Guinness, and what awaited me was nothing short of heavenly. As the bartender skilfully poured the jet-black elixir, the cascade of velvety liquid mesmerized my eyes. The rich aroma of roasted malt and hints of chocolate and coffee gracefully wafted towards me, foreshadowing the delight that awaited. With the first sip, my taste buds were enveloped in a symphony of flavors. The smooth and creamy texture of the Guinness embraced my palate, leaving behind a velvety sensation that caressed every corner of my mouth. The robust notes of roasted barley danced elegantly with subtle undertones of dark chocolate, creating a complex and satisfying experience. What impressed me most about Cassidy's Bar was the undeniable quality of their Guinness. Each pint was masterfully poured, with a thick and creamy head that lingered till the very last sip. So, my mom, dad and me visited this Pub in 2005. We were the first Mexicans and Canadian to visit this place. People were puzzled at us being here, but once we got to chat, it was craic! The owner came by to say hi, and everyone was so nice to us. Our visit there is one of the greatest memories of my life with my mom. She passed away five years ago and we still remember what a great time we had with you all. I hope to be back to visit one day. Greetings from Mexico!
