Ashleigh was lovely and helpful when I was in with my children. Cakes are beautiful and the kids loved the milkshakes she went above and beyond for what they wanted. Will be back soon

Ashleigh was my waitress today and she was accommodating and very pleasant eventhough it seemed she was busy which is greatly appreciated and noted. I have been to this one a few times and others in England and I have to say I always prefer this one for their customer service. Truly recommend

My friend and myself would like to write this as a joint review. We absolutely love calling into Patisserie Valerie on Donegal Square .
The reason being we are given top service by a lovely young girl called Ashleigh.
She always greets us with a smile .
Asks us how we are and is interested in listening. Her professionalism stands out as it is not an easy job finding such nice manners in todays world .
We do love the Patisseries and yes too lol . But hold onto Ashleigh as she’s a star 🌟

On arrival we were greeted with friendly service and a smile. We requested breakfast even though it was after 12 midday, Ashley was really accommodating and gave us breakfast options. This lead to us deciding to stay and eat at this venue. Food was delicious and service was great in a friendly and polite environment. Would totally recommend! 5 stars!

Treated my mum to lunch and I have to say I was very impressed , we both has the chicken and bacon baguette, it was really fresh and and filling , even though we were quite full we could not resist the cake I had the carrot cake and my mum had the black forest, our waitress Ashleigh was very attentive checking in with us to see if we needed anything else, we went with her reccommedation on the cake and we weren't disappoined, looking forward to next time 😀

Adam was brilliant. Dining with an elderly aunt and Adam adjusted the air conditioning on request.Accomodating our dietary requests Went all out to meet our needs. Lovely clean environment with super engaging helpful staff. Will recommend. Its choice stop for a tea and cake pick me up next time.

Loved our afternoon tea.
Visiting Belfast and wanted to have afternoon tea. For £25 we got tea for two and we even had leftovers. Food was delicious, atmosphere was lovely and our waitress was wonderful. The earl grey tea was delicious as well. Highly recomend.
