Staff always smiling and helpful. The only thing that I don't like is the weird music they play and is too loud. It's OK to have no music as to the stuff they are playing.

Great experience at Café Nero. I didn't catch the name of the brista but he was very friendly and had a laugh with us when we completely failed at the question "what can I get for you!" It had been so long since I'd ordered a coffee, it took me ages to make my order! Lovely coffee and lovely treats.

Best tasting Coffee of all of the Coffee Chains - lovely, helpful Staff - have been going to Cafe Nero since they opened - always relaxing, pleasant to stop off for Coffee & quick Snack or Cake - also, so pleased I can now purchase the Coffee Pods (Nspresso Machine Adaptable) taste great!

Love Neros. Never feel rushed. Make a nice cup of tea and staff are always cheerful. Only downside is the change to the menu. Can't get a BLT sandwich anymore. I loved them. Its all changed to fancy paninis now!

Great coffee, friendly staff, prompt service and well set out for social distancing. Light was a bit gloomy, probably more to do with the "summer" weather than the shop lights though!

Fantastic atmosphere and a great variety of teas, coffees and food to choose from. The staff are very friendly and its a great place to retreat to when you've been overwhelmed by the craziness of Belfast City Centre.

Usually their coffee is always a safe bet for me personally. Sharper and bittet than jts counter parts of say, Starbucks. Its usually a bit cheaper too, but only offers 2 sizes. Which its competitors usually offer 3 sizes. I find the sizes to be perfect however.

Nice location and good place to visit for coffee and a chat. They serve a nice selection of cakes and pastries as well so that's nice. Really like the latte they serve here as it's good and not as expensive as the other higher end cafes out there.
