Pleasant staff. I bought three vegan items: ciabatta sandwich with plant-based chickn (This Isn’t Chicken brand), warmed up, was good and piquant; caramel-chocolate cheesecake was deliciously decadent; and the flapjack was very good and probably healthy.

I was in Belfast at the weekend and called into Caffe Nero in Chichester Street for a wee cuppa and sat at the window to while away the time I had to fill before an appointment.
A wide selection of treats are on offer:

Fresh inside with air conditioning
Wide selection of hot and cold beverages
100% recycled napkins
£2.50 for my tea with the added benefit of a long spoon to stir as the mug is quite deep.
Friendly, professional and approachable staff and congratulations to Dylan who was a 2023 area winner in the Barista of the year.

The lady who works here is brilliant and has excellent customer service skills
I would recommend any of the frappé drinks and the passion fruit booster is delicious

Really enjoy having a coffee break at Nero, there is a good choice of drinks and food. The atmosphere is very relaxed, seatings comfortable, staff is very friendly and there are rarely any queues
