Nice Mexican atmosphere, exceptionally friendly server who made us feel welcome and promptly delivered three very large meals. The midweek taco deal at £13 was great value given the quality and portion size of food. Also a nice location to sit and watch time go by in the busy shopping area of the city. Hard to see how you could go wrong with pablos given their variety, taste and various deals through the week

Really amazing burgers, so fast, and really easy business, you order, and pay at the bar and then the burger will arrive to your table, no plates, no cutlery, just a burger ready to be enjoyed, you can decide if eat there or take them away. Juicy, flavoured, and fatty jejeje, the price was really good for the high cuality of the burgers.

Food was very good, would have liked the option of choosing how the burger was cooked. I like my red meat medium. Burger was still tasty none the less. Would highly recommend.

Dirty blonde chicken wings and coconut margarita were sublime, they made my year. Outside tables were excellent for people watching. Only downside- you have to pay £1.25 for a tiny tub of ketchup 🤨

Really good vibes, excellent food and the staff are all sound. The windows open up too so you can sit in the shade while still enjoying the sunshine. Will definitely be back!

Wow. I can't recommend this place enough. The burger I had was probably the tastiest I've ever had, incredible flavours.... sat and had a pint while we waited, the barman was friendly. 5 stars all round from me!

Great burgers served on a busy street in the city centre. The bar is small inside and very informal/relaxed, perhaps a bit dark too. However the burgers are huge and dripping with sauce. You can defo share fries between two. The pablos seasoned ones are delicious. I saw somebody eating the chicken wings which also looked great! Thanks for the very friendly service.

I really enjoyed the food at Pablos. I got the Narcos burger and thought it was extremely well made and tasty, if a little under-guac’ed. I had the salt & chilli fries but the spice was very mild. I tried the chocolate and the cinnamon churros and they were delicious. I’d love to try the tacos next time as I was told they’re really good. The staff were very nice and attentive. It can be a little difficult to sit in because the place is so small, I think they deserve a bigger restaurant!
