Great cafe located in the Spectrum Centre in Belfast. It's still called the Foundry Cafe, but is run by the Ability Cafe now. The food and coffee is very good and it's a lovely place to come to relax. The cafe helps people with disabilities or health conditions find employment in the hospitality industry, so you know you're helping a good cause. There's plenty of free parking on the nearby streets.

Very clean spacious cafe, low volume pop music being played. Modern style cafe, friendly cafe. Only had a coffee so cannot comment on food

Delightful local cafe with good food and friendly, attentive service. Bright, comfortable surroundings and solid coffee drinks round out a great neighborhood experience.
The Ability Cafe is part of a vocational training program... And any restaurant or pub in Belfast would be fortunate to hire their graduates. We've felt welcome and well-served on multiple visits.

S.A.S.H Christmas Dinner. As a local History group, Shankill Area Social History, we feel it our duty to support local businesses. So this year our group decided to eat at The Foundry. This Cafe/Restaurant is a warm friendly inviting place, you can enter through the side door should you not want to enter by the Spectrum's main entrance. Inside is relaxed, with comfortable seating, & the staff polite & helpful. The food is as good, in fact better, than many of the restaurants within the town centre, & at £16 for a three course meal, I had Home Made Vegetable Soup, with wheaten & good butter, followed by Northern Irish Beef Rib with Champ & Red Wine Gravy, & finished off with Baileys Cheesecake & Fresh Cream, I dont think you can go wrong. Our group, 20 people, who ate/tried basically everything on the Christmas menu all agreed that the standard of food was very high. I, like them, would recommend this place to anyone. It was a nice surprise to some of our members, & I believe it would be to others. Thank Foundry for the lovely day & dinner.
