St George’s market is such an elegant place. I have never visited such a vibrant market in my life. The stalls, the food, the culture, the people, everything was super duper fun. We literally spend around 3hours inside the market. We visited on a Sunday. Says its open at 10am. But we were there by 9.30 and even when we were early there were so many open stalls. I was most attracted to the antique shops and obviously the food!

A really cool place with a special atmosphere: part flea market, part food hall, part arts and crafts market with live music and great food stalls on top. You can buy anything here: fresh fish, cheeses, cakes, single light bulbs, incense, jewellery... You name it, you will find it here! Rather crowded, but the crowd feels friendly. A great place to buy great food or souvenirs.

Someone recommended St. George's Market in Belfast because it operates only during the weekends, and I must say it was a delightful experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting the city. As one of Belfast's oldest attractions, this historic market has been operating since 1890 and continues to captivate both locals and tourists with its vibrant atmosphere and diverse offerings. The market is also dog friendly! The market's charming Victorian architecture, added a touch of elegance to the bustling ambiance. The stalls are nothing short of impressive with a vast array of goods that catered to every interest and craving. The friendly and welcoming owners proudly presented their products, with a primary focus on local foods encouraging me to indulge in the delicious flavors of Northern Ireland. One of the highlights of my visit was the opportunity to sample various delicacies offered by the vendors. From warm, crusty bread to delectable pastries, every bite was a delightful surprise. It was evident that the owners took great pride in their offerings and were more than happy to share their passion with visitors. Beyond the culinary delights, I found myself captivated by the diverse range of products available. It was a treasure trove of unique finds, allowing me to discover hidden gems and take home one-of-a-kind souvenirs. Whether you are a food enthusiast, a vintage aficionado, or simply seeking an authentic and enjoyable experience, this market will not disappoint.

I had not visited this market until today. It's amazing. As soon as you walk in, you can feel the very pleasant aroma of delicious food. There are stalls with paintings, scarves and hats, handicrafts, antiques, marmalades, mushrooms, fresh fish and whatever else you want. Plenty of variety of food, from paella, to burgers, Italian pasta to tacos, burritos Turkish sweets and coffee and more. Prices are good. The place has a toilet. The entrance allows visits for people with disabilities. A place where you can easily indulge in a little pleasure. I don't have many pictures, I had to enjoy the food.

St George's market was a must do on our itinerary to Belfast and it delivered. It's a large market with varieties to sort all interests. Fresh produce and fish available. After the shopping we headed to the food stall. We got lunch from "Sizzle and Roll", coffee from "Drop hopper coffee roasters" and dessert from "Oud hollandsche". The live music was really good.

Amazing place with lots of shops. Good place for gifts and lunch. Pick up a fish! Fill up your water on the wall near the entrance of the food court to save a few pounds!

This is a must do visit when in Belfast. The market is located in a historic building. There are tons of antiques, prepared food, unprepared food, fruits, souvenirs, and many other things. We tried here our first Belfast Bap; this was a life changing experience (😂). There was also a Cuban sandwich shop that was super authentic and importantly good. The ambience was super inviting when we visited. Definitely a place I would visit multiple times during a time in Belfast.

This incredible market has a wide variety of local vendors selling handmade goods, excellent food, antiques, art, and more. Apparently vendors rotate, so we were able to see a range of neat and unique things. Also excellent people watching, and conversation with locals.
