I mean, the seating area could be more clean and we couldn't get into the toilets because, "Just turn the handle to the left and push, it should open", didn't work and the guys behind the till we're too busy to go back to. But all in all, we had caffeine and they got our daughters allergy stuff bang on. So for Belfast that was a win!

Was in starbucks today, witnessed a staff member (i think his name was Conor) help an elderly man who seemed to be a regular into the store. The man was struggling to walk and conor helped him to his seat while chatting to him and making sure he got to his seat safely. He then took his order and made sure the man was happy with his coffee and the slice of cake he ordered. Someone like Conor deserves to be recognised as a valued member of staff and his customer service went above and beyond. Will definitely be back thanks to his hospitality and customer service. Nice to see in this world when everyone is going through their own struggles.

What an atmosphere, it's in the middle of the Belfast city centre. My girlfriend and I sat outside and enjoyed drinking hot drinks, it was Saturday and everyone was having fun at night. The staff were great, especially the Asian boy, he was very friendly and likable. The place is close to all shops. There is already a place, the interior is beautiful, with sweet lighting. I advise everyone to go there, it's really fun.

as expected all your favorites are available , from latte to iced teas. snacks including pastries , cakes, and even vegan wraps . polite service and a very comfy seating area will have u visiting often. wifi is available

Lovely centre location, staff were really nice and helpful, great place to have coffee, good view towards the plaza; could've had a wider range of cakes and dessert in general though
