First night out after legal restrictions no longer in place. Glad to see that the shop and staff still took precautions to keep everyone feeling safe. Great coffee as always and tasty treats too..

Love this place as it's dog friendly. I get dragged here every week by my dog ever since he learnt about pupacinos after a member of staff brought him over one. I didn't even know they done them 🤣.

Cafe Nero is probably my favourite of the chain coffee places. Coffee is really good. Would be improved if they had more staff to clear & wipe tables more frequently.

Favourite coffee shop helpful staff.cheery chat.tasty granola bars blueberry muffins and coffee. Gareth excellent manager Bob the hite superb back up ,young Gallagher

Not a clean Cafe Nero. Tables were cleared but not sanitised. Floor was full of stains and crumbs everywhere. Very dusty.Empty cup under bench. Not a very clean Cafe. Needs some TLC.

A particularly nice Nero - plenty of seating, benefits from outdoor seating too which is really nice in the summer. Good coffee, good range of tray bakes etc. Staff are fairly formal (not overly chatty) but I prefer that style of service personally - they are polite, professional & efficient and that's more important to me.
