Lovely people, especially Chloe and the managers all working at the front.
Staff are good at dealing with the odd complainers who don't understand customer service and think people in the hospitality industry should act like robots or something.
And they're also good at dealing with nice and reasonable customers too. Good for a wee chat when you're waiting.
All the products are nice and tasty. Especially the confectionery.

Went into costa on friday for a coffee. Realised I had mislaid my purse. The girls in costa were more than kind. I was in shock. They got me a glass of water. While one of the girls went to dorothy perkins an found my purse. Could not thank these girls enough. Never got their names
