A big thank you to Lindsey in the Lisburn Road branch of M&S for the excellent customer service she provided this afternoon regarding a fault with one of the self check out machines which resulted in some items being wrongly charged multiple times. She couldn’t have been more helpful.
Car parking on this site is a well documented nightmare with not enough spaces and far too many jaywalkers!
However, the store and the staff more than make up for that with special mention of Suma - such an asset to the company. With her engaging personality and warm smile she is an eternal ray of sunshine guaranteed to brighten up the darkest of days.

Best place to get quality food and with the good variety. I like the fruit and bakery section of M and S and it is very well organised. You can almost get everything here related the local food . The sweet variety of the food here is excellent.
The frozen food section is also good here.

This shop is an oasis of calm in troubled times. It's as always - clean and well stocked led with amazing staff. They're polite professional and kind and make you feel like they care. This is by far my favourite shop in Belfast. It also has disabled parking and disabled access.

Handy nice size but carpark is quite small and it shares this with a discount pound store. Has most of the popular M and S produce but runs out of the crispy bacon very quickly so get there early. Always clean and tidy and very courteous staff. Also you can grab a nice coffee. Has a bright and positive energy.

Great shopping as always, good selection, if you're looking for household items like the ke fancy soap you won't find a good selection here, they have labelled it as a food hall though so as long as it's food you're after then this place won't disappoint

A great little Marksies. The very nice woman on the till helped me pack 3 bags worth in to one bag. Also in a nice area so better class of customer. 😉

I love m and s malone, the only problem and its a big one is the parking. I definitely know that there was NOT the number of customers in the 2 shops to fill the carpark. I have actually seen people quite openly park and then walk out on to the lisburn rd. I am a disabled driver and it really is quite frusrating
