Can't beat Gregg's. It is exactly what it is. Had to wait a few minutes for a sausage roll, but it was straight out of the oven warm 😎

I placed an order via justeat that was mismanaged (another order had the same number so wrong order delivered) I already gave a bad review on justeat out of annoyance in the moment but the way the staff handled the problem was so good I wish I could change the initial review, botanic avenue greggs is the best one il tell all my pals 👍🏻👍🏻

When I asked about the vegan sausage roll because my friend is allergic to eggs, the cashier went into the kitchen and got a fresh roll to ensure there was no chance of cross contamination with eggs which I really appreciated

Found myself in the unlucky situation of committing a nose bleed in greggs and the staff were so lovely and gave me napkins without me even having to ask! 🥰Couldn’t have asked for better service and even got to have a laugh with the staff after my unfortunate series of events even with my dog dying last month I have really struggled and this has picked me up and got me right back on my feet🥺🦶🏼I will definitely be showing my face here again

Best value for food for a cheap lunch close to Queen's University. The student deal including sandwich, coffe, dessert for £3.25 can not be beaten anywhere.
Wide selection of sandwich, pizza, sausage roll, salads and dessert. Coffe are average but the cost make it worth it.
Been there during all my students years and they save me more than once!
