The store was very neat and clean. Nice display when you walk in with greens and fruits on offer.
I expected a bit more out of the bakery. It's quite small for the size of the store and not such a wide variety available.
The store is well organised and plenty of staff about.
The self checkout was only open for the one side, not too sure if this is only opened when it's busier but didn't wait at all so no issue there.

Well it's m and s ..my posh bird used to shop here all the time...just fed me chocolate and watched Saturday telly with me...Belfast girls really do ur head in ..gurl of my dreams is a blue nose. Booo

It's good store and parking is easy enough also, bring a mask you'll need it for most of the shops on entering the store

It's M&S food, it's a tad expensive but you generally get what you pay for. Easy to access, friendly staff and until brexit always well stocked. Now empty shelves and shorter product shelf life but it's improving! Back to normal in weeks I hope.

Nice shop plenty of variety. Parking is a bit of an issue at times, but I use a bike and there are great places to lock your bike. There's also a variety of other shops which would suit most tastes.

Always a five star experience, it's just nicer to shop in Marksies. And if you pick the right bargains no more expensive than the rest. Even the customers knew to come alone during a pandemic, you don't get that elsewhere.

Favourite store for good quality food and service. Only Downside staff not wearing face coverings or social distancing. Asked a young staff member today why and she said would I fancy wearing a mask for 8 hours a day. I replied as a retired health care worker I knew what it was like but better than a ventilator for 24. Please management lead by example and provide masks and encourage social distancing. Your responsibility to do this. L

Situated on the busy Boucher Road this M&S food store caters equally well whether the shopper is an office worker in need of a fresh sandwich or compact meal or a bigger shopper working through a full shopping list. Well laid out store..impeccably clean..expected impressive array of fresh fruit, vegetables and meats...shelves never ending full and staff are very helpful and friendly. The in store coffee shop is a little oasis and the beverage, sandwich and cake selections are mouthwatering and tasty. It's not just food..it really IS M&S food !

M&S has been consistently high-quality. Yes, the prices are rather high, but trust me, it’s worth it! The quality of food is very high - no matter what you buy, you’ll love it! The best-before-dates were also excellent. Outstanding.

Thoroughly enjoyably each and every time we visit. The staf are superb and the coffee is alwags good. If we get a coffee which is not quite right the staff are very happy to correct it. The atmosphere is very comforting and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit.
