I was a regular at Love Pizza. Placed order through Uber Ears at approx 7.45pm. Rang Love Pizza at 9.20pm & was told order left store 5 minutes ago. Rang again at 9.50pm as order not rec'd. Was told driver had delivered & given it to a neighbour?????? Order arrived at 10.20pm. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Accepts delivery. Keeps me excited and waiting for some food in the middle of the night. Does not deliver anything. Called restaurant, no one answered. Contacted Deliveroo, said oh they're probably so busy their phone is engaged wait another or get money back. Decided to wait another few mins I'm sure their busy. Status changes to delivered and still no sign of any food at my door. Contacted restaurant, no one answered. Contacted Deliveroo oh can you check the door. I'm fng starving, I've checked the door, I've been waiting. Deliveroo: I'm sorry sir we will need not contact the restaurant for a refund, we will contact you within 72 hours. Contacted deliveroo again, and they cannot reach the restaurant so just have hope to get my wasted money back. Meanwhile the restaurant still trading on deliveroo. Great way to make easy money, take orders and just not deliver.

Just ordered 2 16 inch pizzas and I can honestly say never in my life have i had a thinner pizza .It was that thin my fingers kept breaking through the pizza Everytime I picked it up and it just turned into 1 big mess. I know times are hard but come on lads stop being tight with the dough! AWFUL and won't be back .

Pizza arrived 20mins before estimated time which is fine. However we paid around 4£ for additional toppings that were not on the order.rang the restaurant and they said they would remake and send out,were unsure if they wanted the wrong pizzas back or not.worker could be heard over the phone saying "i know i didn't put the onions on but there was definitely chilli beef on the other one". So basically sent out an order that they knew was wrong and accusing me of lying about the other missing toppings.we cancelled the reorder due to attitude of staff and will not be ordering from there again.no refund,apologies or acknowledgement offered.pity as we are frequent customers across several addresses.

In the past I liked them for their big portions - but now it's ridiculous. I've ordered twice from them past midnight, and the first time the delivery took 2 hours (I had to call myself and ask what was going on) and the second time my food just didn't come (I wish I was joking but I'm not, complaints to deliveroo sent). I'd say if you still want their portions, never go for delivery.
