What an amazing place to visit. There is so much information and the museum is well laid out and inactive. The staff was extremely helpful and available if you had any questions. There were lockers available for personal items and luggage. The museum offers a café and gift shop. Our self guided tour to us about 4 hrs and we could have spent longer looking and reading everything.

What an amazing place to visit. To see all this on the actual site the ships were built was quite a somber experience. When we got here we had not booked any tickets and all The signage outside was saying book online only, we tried to do this without any success at all. So we walked in and was able to book a ticket and do the tour there and then. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. All ways makes the experience more pleasant. The building is stunning and the layout is really well thought out and planned. I won’t talk about what we watched, Saw and experienced as I think it’s something you just just go and explore yourself but I will say we walked out thinking how amazing the experience was. If you visit Belfast this in my opinion is a must.

We stayed there for around 4 hours as it is a huge museum. I did not expect that to be this big, but I knew a lot more about belfast and the titanic. The restaurants inside are quite good and the price for the tickets to the museum inside was okay. This museum, for me, is the best for adults or teenagers if they also like history or museums. But not really for kids since they will probably find it boring. The museum is detailed, and the team has really put effort into making good and fun to explore.

Really recommend. One of the best museums I’ve ever visited. We booked the premium ticket. The guide was really informative and enthusiastic. The staff around the museum were great and happy to help and assist. The museum was really interesting. The building is magnificent and really captivating.

I managed to rush in at the last viewing of the day that still showed all the galleries. I wish I had more time and not just 1 hour 40. The exhibition is fantastic but there is so much to explore and read so 3 or 4 hours would be perfect. It's quite emotional and there is a lot to take in so being rushed misses this element somewhat. A really well put together experience and amazing story. Nice shop at the end too. Well worth the 30 euro entry fee. 5 stars for the exhibition and experience. Not enough time was my own fault so make sure you give yourself lots of time in case you need it.

I did the White Star Line experience and it was fantastic. The walking tour is informative about the history of Harland and Wolff and visiting the offices in Titanic Hotel really brings that era to life. The Titanic museum is great. Take your time and make the most of it. The final installation is incredible. Taking a walk along Titanic mile is also interesting. Only visited during the day, would like to go back in the evening to see the ship yard lit up.

Great place to know more about the titanic and the people involved during the planning, construction, the voyage and how it sank, most importantly the people died. You can see what the rooms looked like as well. Very interesting.

We had a lovely time at this museum. It was heavily interactive and involved a ride, which we weren't expecting at all! Getting towards the end and reading the names of those lost and the last communications was harrowing and poignant. I'd say it's worth the money if you have an interest in the history of the titanic and those involved in making it but we did only spend a couple of hours there.

As museums go one of if not the Best we've been to. Informative and interesting crucially interactive too, cable car ride, lift to gantry, steeped in history of the area too. Recommend this for everyone visiting Belfast, perhaps except very small children. Easily 5*****

Very informative and well laid out museum. Staff were lovely, helpful and knowledgable. There is a brief history on Belfast and on White Star Line. We went on a Saturday and it was insanely busy so would probably recommend to visit on a weekday instead just to have a chance to go at your own pace and not rush.
