Friendly staff. Although it gets quite busy, and that makes the area not as clean, but you can't blame them~

Lovely friendly staff serving decent coffee (as well as teas, chocolate, smoothies and shakes) and some excellent pastries.
Both indoor and outdoor seating available with easy access to Belfast's Victoria Shopping Centre.
The ample seating inside is generously spaced with plenty of room between tables. Seating was comfortable enough to stay a while.
When there, whenever a queue formed it was short and moved quickly.

Just found this place right before i left the country and wish I had of sooner!
It is so much better than Costa and Cafe Nero - You get a good sized cup for what you pay for.
I got hot chocolate and it came in a big mug how it should be, not in a glass unlike Costa/Cafe Nero. Plus it's cheaper than both of these places I think.
Prices are decent, tray bakes are fresh, staff are friendly and atmosphere is pleasant.
