Booked a private dining room to celebrate my friends birthday. One word WOW. Everything from the exceptional service (special mention to Diego and Conor) the outstanding food and the unreal cocktails. We can’t wait until the next time we visit Waterman.

Absolutely perfection. Every single dish was SO delicious. The service crew was really friendly, warm and thoughtful. It was simply a joy dinning in. Our family had an amazing time! The atmosphere is really cozy, quaint, perfect for an evening meal. Highly recommend ✨
What we got: Lamb, Confit Potato side, House Spaghetti, Hanger Steak (Course meal - parmesan arancini & truffle Mayo is so good)

Excellent quality/value for money dining we’ve experienced in Donegal and Northern Ireland in the last 2 weeks. 2 courses for £18.50 in this standard of restaurant what’s not to like. Oh the cocktails are 💯!
