Sunday 29th October @ 12:40pm, was very busy at this time, expected there to be a wait as there was a big queue and one person serving. You could clearly hear staff out the back of house talking amongst themselves, (most likely busy prepping more food), however, I was served by a guy named Cameron who took pride in his job, had time for every customer that came to the till and greeted everyone with a smile, give this young lad a pay rise. Or at least some help!!! Despite that, Cameron handled working under pressure, alone, very well!

No visit to Belfast without a visit to Greggs for their wonderful vegan sausage roll, which I strongly recommend as it is the most delicious vegan sauce roll I've ever eaten. I'd bought one then returned for three more... For the friendly staff member to inform me I could get four for the price of three. Even better.
Excellent location near the city hall, convenient for tourists like myself who'd like a break from walking.

Fantastic staff! Don't often pop into Greggs but when I went in for a chicken pastry had a lovely chat with two very friendly gents. Advised I try Greggs own raspberry lemonade and on this very hot and humid day it was exactly what I needed! 10/10 would come back to this Greggs for staff alone!

Good place to grab a quick and cheap lunch in the city centre. Can be busy at times but queue generally moves quickly

Lovely pastries and donuts, and probably the loveliest staff you’ll ever encounter. I have been a few times and the customer service is first class. Also it’s easy on your purse :)
