Had a mixup with an order but owner replied to my previous review. I complained about a wrong topping, but they were nice and reasonable about it. I take it back, as the food and drinks are usually great, especially not having a lot of restaurants like this around the area. I’ve been dealing with social anxiety recently so I’ll probably not come into the store in a while. Will order for delivery again though. But I did say when I was ordering “if there’s not enough tapioca pearls, it’s okay [with a tone to say I’d rather not order if there’s not any.]” And I wasn’t offered an alternative when I ordered in person. I was just told that there was “enough.” But when I did come back, they did offer to take it out of the drinks, I guess. I just didn’t wanna cause anymore hassle.
