My daughter did complain that the floor beneath our table hadnt been brushed for a while at it put her off her food a little but then she is a fussy eater.

I gave this restaurant/chip shop five stars, if I could give it six stars I would have, this food is that good, nice and friendly staff , you can sit in and have a fish tea or chicken and chips or whatever is on the menu .highly recommended

Lovely fish suppers and piping hot. Fritters were great and got about five with a fish supper. Batter was lovely and crisp. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back soon

This place was recommended by quite a few friends as I'm not local to the area. Our first order was 50/50. But since then we took a chance and ordered several more times and was very impressed. We had the single fish x2 and a half chicken and chips (every order). All of those dishes were amazing and would highly recommend this place for a great fish & chip shop. I'd go as far as to say the best chippy in town. Especially the chips. Real chips ❤

What a fabulous chippy, I didn’t sit in but the cafe looks spacious, very well laid out and clean. Plenty of staff and courteous too.
The fish was amazing and the chips were perfect to me.
Highly recommend if your in the area or fancy a travel for a decent scran.. 😎👍🏻

Possibly the best chippy for fish and chips in Bellshill (and I've tried a few), Peter's in Viewpark and the Marina down the road come a close second

We were recommended Alhambra Cafe by the hotel we were staying in as we were looking for a good haggis supper and fish supper. We were not disappointed and the food far exceeded our expectations. My husband loved his haggis and my special fish was, without a doubt, the best chip shop fish I've ever eaten. The chips were fantastic too. To top it all off, the staff in there are so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning on our next visit to the area.
