Great little micro pub, like the tardis, more room than you think, excellent beer selection, lovely service, nice atmosphere

Cracking little pub with a good selection of beers a cider. Also bar food available such as pork pies and sausage rolls. A good atmosphere with good friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable on today's standards. There is also live music on regularly. Disabled access and dogs very welcome

Quiet end to a lovely Sunday walk finishing in Belper and still unexpectedly managed to meet old friends in Arkwright’s bar. Good end to a leisurely day. Cheers

Cracking little bar with a great selection of good fresh ales on! Despite it being freezing cold outside, it was lovely and warm in this micropub!
This is our second visit to Arkwright's Bar and the staff and the regulars are really friendly! ☺

Good selection of cask ales, well kept. We attended a function upstairs. Will visit again.

Interesting micro pub that's easily missed if you don't know about it.
Essentially one large room with ample seating and a undercover outside area to the side.
Beer range is decent with regularly changing cask, they're on Real Ale Finder so worth checking out what they have on before visiting.
Keg isn't overly great with Beavertown Gamma Ray and Neck Oil, neither of which are particularly exciting, but they are dependable.
Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, worth a visit if you're out in Belper.
