This is a really poorly run Greggs. Most of the time you go in they don't have any of most of the key fresh items ready and are pretty unapologetic about it. It has got to the point where we have stopped bothering visiting because of the high chance they won't have goods available to sell.

Went in for a quick lunch and asked about allergens in their cakes. I was told they were unable to tell me in case it was wrong. I spent about 10 minutes on the phone to customer services who tried to help by which time my hot food was cold. Friendly staff who tried to help but what a ridiculous policy!!!
