Absolutely disgusting waited 5 minutes waiting at the counter nobody came out. Had to ring phone to get somebody out who then picked up the phone and ignored us. In my opinion serve an actual customer who has actually bothered to going first.
I don't understand the negative reviews for this place. Staying at Haven Wild Duck & read some of the reviews & I went & gave my order with some trepidation, but there was no need the food & service was excellent & I will definitely use again the next time I stay at Wild Duck.
