Came here with friends for something to eat, I had a carvery,they had steaks.
Only one meat was available on carvery but the veg was nice enough.
Cheryl was a lovely host and as welcoming.

As I was in the area, I decided to pop if for a drink and food. Nice pub, family friendly, has a sift play area for younger kids, plenty of parking. Staff welcoming and not much of a wait for the food.

Can honestly say its one of the best carverys I've had in a long time. No skrimping on the meats and you can have all of them if you want them. Will definitely be going back.

We went here last Sunday. As always food was hot well cooked. Staff welcoming and helpful. Facility's clean no sticky tables. Would highly recommend little gem of a food pub.

When they have things to order, the food is very good, but there are a lot of times when there is no meat for the carvery, and there are several things not available on the menu. It basically boils down to bad kitchen stock management, and it has only been the last 2 years or so, but in a pub this size, isn't very good. Other than that, we have been regulars for 30+ years, and there has only been one instance when I had to send food back.
