Had a very bad experience. Restaurant was empty, but my order took like 45 minutes, I suspect maybe the chef had quit. The Pakora appetizer seemed reheated, not a good thing for fried food. The Chicken Tikka was not good. The Garlic Naan also seemed not fresh, tough and unpleasant to eat. I don't know what is going on there but I would stay away.

Great lunchtime buffet. Fast and friendly service. The buffet includes a couple of unusual items, with a good mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The number of items is not all that large, which is probably better for keeping things fresh. Very spacious interior.

Today Aug 18 I have had buffet lunch at the Tandoori Nite restaurant with my friend.
I saw the white table cloths I thought might be a good restaurant but the food quality was very bad, all leftover food looks like they are serving the food from yesterday.
Unhygienic food and vegetable coased me health problem, me and my friend got sick I just got off from urgent care
My Stomach has damaged!!!
Before you eat think and check the food quality and hygienic then ensure it's not leftover???

One of the best restaurants in Berkeley. I came with my professors and colleagues. We really enjoyed the food and interior was also neat and clean. I loved the tea! It was so yummy. They served Naan so fresh and hot. I recommend this restaurant to my friends and everyone. All those who served us there including cashier, they were all so nice. Full marks! We will come again to eat halal chicken and meat. Hopefully, halal food is starting next month.

Great lunch buffet price, 10$/all week, 11am-3pm. Only a few selections 1 curry tray, 2 vegetables, a small salad section. Unlimited naan/garlic naan, however naan wasn't that great, very thin and tasteless. Food tasted great. Definitely worth the 10$ for a full tummy though!
