A medium-sized coffee shop on the main street with some pavement seating, a nice welcome and good service and reasonably priced.

Sat at a table on the pavement, clean and tidy. We ordered inside at the till but they delivered the drinks to us. Excellent service and nice coffee.

I love their salads & the home made cakes & cookies are always worth breaking the diet for.

Very nice coffee, for my taste bud of course. Unless i have an espresso, i prefer my coffee with milk. And to top it up, I add a fair amount of sugar. I can hear the "real" coffee amateurs who cannot conceive that coffee cannot be "really" appreciated if mixed with milk and/or sugar. Funny enough, I understand that purists enjoy their coffee when for me it tastes like a flat and hot Guiness. Why couldn't they accept others love their coffee sweet and rich?
Anyway, Bel Air serves à delicious coffee in a warm atmosphere, still bright enough thanks to its white painted walls.
There is also a small terrace right on the High Street pavement.. a place to go, and to return, just to lake sure it's that good.

Have had avocado toast eggs here before. One of the best breakfast places in Berkhamstead. Service great but place always full ... Lovely coffee and good choice of cakes here .
