We did pop in for the first time into this Caffe Nero to have a coffee and we haven't been disappointed at all. The staff was very helpful and nice to us as well as the coffee was tasty. The coffee shop looks very decent (clean and well maintained) compared to the other Caffè Nero locations. Definitely we will see you again soon.

Staff generally looked disinterested, but drinks were good (cappuccino & hot chocolate). Cakes were expensive & there were no Gluten Free options. Seats were comfy & it wasn't noisy (5-6pm on Tuesday) so the atmosphere was pleasant.

My regular coffee shop in Ashford. A haven from the bustle and chaos of the high street. Friendly and efficient staff.

Absolutely delicious, lovely hot food, quick delivery very fresh hot food and coffee! After a bad experience with Starbucks earlier in the day I’m delighted to have found a great new place to order from!

Very slow service first thing in the morning with just 1 staff managing the whole store. Coffee and porridge were noth good though so points back for that. Everybody else enjoyed their drinks and breakfasts as well. The sausage roll looked excellent and my friend said it tasted as good as it looked :)

The set-up in Caffe Nero (Berkhamsted) is good. The coffee is really good, flavoursome and robust in strength, and I particularly liked the "Single origin : Brazil" blend today. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful, and don't dilly-dally in making drinks, but equally don't rush the crafting process either. The seating area is also usually kept clean, and the place has a nice buzz about it. Can get very busy around morning coffee time, if you want to avoid a crowd ! Without doubt, it's definitely my No.1 'go to' place in Berkhamsted for a decent coffee.

I was really pleased with the café Nero in Berkhamsted. Although the wait was a bit on the long side, both service and the food was worth it! Coffee was really pleasant as well!

Good coffee and, unlike the 900 other lifestyle coffee shops in Berkhamsted, customers don't buy a cup of coffee and sit here all day so you can usually get a seat.

Spacious inside space, great coffee, only one serving Saturday afternoon so service wasn't quick and had to queue, not a problem but worth mentioning
