Lovely quirky little shopping centre in the middle of the countryside. Great shops and a lovely pizzeria. The pizza we shared was very tasty and just enough. The Railway Station within this complex is very pretty.

Touristic, yet the walks remain separated from the touristic area. Forest walk, awesome. Wooden bridge was installed in the main attraction, thus wheelchair bound or physically challenged people may have a chance to experience such beauty. One can easily walk to Swallow Falls either by the main road or scenic route. One can also walk towards the train museum, although it's currently under refurbishment. One can walk around the golf course. It's more challenging than forest walk. The Pont bridge is also one of the main attraction of Betws. There used to be teenagers jumping off of it during heat wave. I strongly recommend against doing that. It's extremely dangerous, irresponsible, and could cause fatality. Not to mention being arrested and massively fined.

Visited here for the fist time and was pleasantly surprised at the choice of the outdoor activity shops available. I visited most of them and bought new items to replace and upgrade some of my existing kit. The whole village is lovely, with numerous food outlets available from cafès to 5* restaurant, ice cream parlors and a wonderful bakery hidden in a Spar store. Explore the river, paddle on warmer days, or just sit and watch the world go by.

Good to see this place. You can see the busy town. Big park and parking space. Loads of shops.... Small water passage where u can enjoy it. Also you can experience miniature train rides It costs only 2.5 per person..

Weather made the day challenging ! Well worth it tho for views, dress appropriately and for all weathers, take plenty of water and snacks - disappointing that not everyone takes away their rubbish and be prepared to queue to reach the summit !

Absolutely beautiful. The small stores are so quaint and the architecture gives a feeling of history. Not too many souvenirs to be had, but there IS a brewery and they have some delicious adult beverages. The best part of the whole little town in the park is how dog friendly they are. Also, as bikers, we appreciate the accommodations the park has for riders. Would definitely want to come back for a day or two in order to see even more!

Great tourist place. Take a Packed lunch. Toilets 50p unless the door is kept open for you . 😉 Great nature walks. Cake shops are sublime Well worth the money. I'm visiting my daughters and they shop there when possible. The Deli Is Great for Foodies being that I'm a Chef. I've come away with Several "Snowdonia cheeses " . The newest for when I'm back is with "Truffle" .
