All great coffee was made very well

One lad naTe was a little strange
Ordered via the uber eats app. I ordered a clotted cream fudge cold brew which I have ordered multiple from this same business and it was shockingly bad. Basically just a cold brew with a tiny bit of cream that looks like it's split. Paying 5.40 for coffee drink is a treat of mine and very rare. So disappointing!
Poor customer service and rude. Ordered several coffees size tall, their smallest size. I paid for and received grande size, unfortunately I didn't double check the final cost to match what I ordered. Staff refused to give a refund, saying we made you grand which is what you paid for. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!
Thursday I bough 3”surprise”too good to go packages. Sad uninteresting sandwiches and soggy panini, food should have gone in the bin not for sale even at £12 paid, will never use Starbucks again I’ve just wasted money I can’t afford to throw away
Went in for a white chocolate mocha asked for 2 Tall got to the other end got 2 Grande made a point of mentioning i ordered 2 Tall. The server said that you've paid for it so you may as well have it.

Slightly shorter brown haired server was super chatty and friendly, could tell she had worked there a while and knew the regulars. Loves the amount of dogs in the place when we visited ❤️ not too sure about the cold pistachio stuff on top of the hot coffee but that's no ones fault and not a negative
