Had lunch here a few times since working in Beverley, probably the closest cafe to the office. The menu is simple with decent food, it’s nothing to write home about; it just does the job and is quite pleasant. The cafe itself is spacious and airy, it can be quite noisy. The staff have always been welcoming and pleasant; they are also very efficient. It can take a while for old plates and cups to be cleared from tables that have been vacated but never had an issue finding a seat when wanting to eat in. Free Wi-Fi available and no steps into the cafe so should be fine for pushchairs/wheelchairs etc. Based on my experiences I think you could do a lot worse.
Went with my daughter for a standard breakfast and jacket potato. Great value for money compared to most of Beverley’s eateries. Very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. My daughter can’t wait to return.
Was nice to sit and have some cake after shopping. My partner and I went later on, about 3pm, and it was quieter and plenty of seats.
