Lovely food. Thoroughly enjoyed time with grandchildren at Beverley McDonalds.
There was a lack of receipt slips being printed by the ordering panels which introduced an element of doubt into whether I'd actually get what I'd ordered. This was compounded by the fact that I made no mental note of my order number when it was displayed on screen, as I was expecting to get it on the receipt. It took a little shine off the experience. Staff were great and friendly.
Very good food. Waiting time also good. Friendly staff especially the lovely lady named Carly who always gives outstanding customer service, always smiling and helpful. A credit to the business.
Great McDonald's. Plenty of parking, order on machine and deliver to table. Nice staff. Generally plenty of space inside but was tight as parts of the restaurant were cordoned off to keep clean as it was about 9pm on Monday.
Tried to find a discreet place to make the company aware of a rat problem in the outside area but could not. On Friday we had a drive in meal and parked up in the car park. We saw 2 rats running around they were not afraid. The bait stations need checking regularly or the number increased.
Came here for a day out. Was a little busy at the time but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good and will definitely return.
Brilliant, best McDonald's for a long time, food hot and freshly cooked. Praise for the staff who assisted with issues whilst attempting to use the app. Thank you Phoebe and colleague, you where fantastic.

Food - Vegetarian and Carnivore!
Ordering - touch screens that we used for the first time and were able to navigate relatively easy and had the option to change our minds and order before final payment. Even managed to make one change at the cash point when one of us (moi) spotted an ad for a flavoured coffee!
Accessibility - level access, toilet and car parking for disabled. It was not full when we went, but wide aisles
Car Park (free) - close to the restaurant.
Staff - friendly, helpful and good (appropriate) banter!
Toilets - yes the usual suspects, including for the disabled.
Finally a McDonald's that has a working mcflurry machine!
Plenty of parking and easy enough to find. Food quality is your standard McDonald's quality, not much else to be said of it really!
In my opinion McDonald's really need to up the game and offer new choices on there menu. We justed needed something to eat and this place was the nearest.
The place is spotless and staff helpful and friendly. One of the best McDonald's I've visited 👌
