Just had coffee at Amore. Beautiful spot on a day like to day. Coffee fabulous. Highly recommend.
A lovely coffee shop run by David and his wife for 10 years now Excellent coffee, cheese scones and cakes. A great place to relax in on your own or with friends. Usually easy to park nearby or walk to. Right opposite the seafront and beach.
This cafe is the personification of the friendliness of Bexhill. Situated on the seafront, where its wonderful cappuccino can be enjoyed outside on a sunny day or inside in the cozy atmosphere on cold days, is a hub of both locals and tourists alike. The sofas are my choice of seating, comfortably typing up my blog while Sylvana and David are so warm and welcoming. For coffee and cake and a catchup with friends, this is also my favourite spot. Did I say how nice and reasonably priced their coffee is????
What a wonderful little jem. What makes it so special? The couple who run it. They are such a warm and friendly team. David is front of house. He entertains customers with silly jokes in combination with a real interest in your day. His lovely wife (don't know her name) prepares lovely toasted sandwiches and paninis. Each and every time I've visited, I am remembered and welcomed. This must be the same for most of their customers, as they all seem to have great affection for David and his wife. Consequently the atmosphere is genuinely chilled.
A great and totally unique place to relax and enjoy a snack.
Forgot to take a photo of my lunch before I ate it, was very good though and reasonably priced. Friendly staff and the place seemed to have a lot of regulars who knew the couple that owned it which is always a good sign. Near the water so easy to get to and find.
Great little café, Dog Friendly. Serves the best coffee in Bexhill. Limited range of snacks but they are all freshly prepared and very very good. Relaxing atmosphere, nice owners and newspapers available to read.
I have been going to That's Amore for some 3 years and love everything about it! David & Silvana are the perfect hosts, the capuccino is fantastic and the atmosphere is great too. In the summer it's really good to sit outside especially as you are facing the sea!
My mother should be a shareholder in this cafe she comes here so much! Such a friendly, relaxing place to visit, and at 91, the owners always making her feel comfortable and at home. The food is excellent I love the mozzarella/Parma ham toasted panini yummy!! Catch the sun's rays with an outdoor table and watch the sun descend late afternoon. Can't recommend enough.
Been he many times. Always very friendly. Good coffee. Great selections of sandwiches cakes etc. Would recommend to anyone in the area
Lovely friendly atmosphere, comfortable feeling, almost like being in a club. Plenty of sofas to chill on. Good selection of light meals, and great coffee.
