Wards Kitchen

Through a small door on the right, inside the shop, upstairs, is a coffee shop overlooking the main street. Seems to be quite popular with mostly older folk. Limited, simple range of food (baked potatoes, omelettes, etc.), but enough choice to cater for most tastes. Separate smaller room at the rear with a few tables, not quite as noisy as the main area when busy. Good range of hot drinks. Pleasant staff. Cafe not obvious from street level as it sits above the main Wards shop. If you get a window table it's great to have a cuppa and watch the world go by!
