We went into Morleys to buy a microwave yesterday. As we are pensioners and don't drive we were trying to work out how to get it home. There was a lovely lady (I think Clarisse) who was very helpful in the home appliance dept she arranged a home delivery for us and was full of very helpful information on the microwaves. In this day and age it is too often people complain about shop staff but we were very impressed with this lady's service. I have to say that the delivery person who delivered the microwave was very pleasant and carried the microwave up to the top flat for us all in all very impressed with service
I love wandering around this store. I sometimes wonder whether anyone actually buys anything, though?

Lovely little cafe on the first floor, the top to floor window overlooking bexleyheath, perfect for relaxing tea break and lunch.
I went in to Morley’s today to get my daughter a cc cream from Clinique and Charlotte, the customer assistant for Clinique was amazing! She helped my daughter colour match and get the best product for her. Always get the best service in this Morley’s every time we go! Thank you Charlotte! Will be coming back soon!

Really nice store with good selection of clothes and furniture. Toilets also very clean however avoid the restaurant as the food Was extremely disappointing and not cheap either.
We go here quite a lot. Parking limited. Can't always get a space. Food decent and cheap.
Visited the exchange bureau in store today and can’t praise the man and lady that work there enough. I use them frequently and they are always happy and polite and make it an enjoyable experience
Quick delivery. Food tasted great and wasn’t greasy like most chicken and chip shops are. Fairly priced, highly recommend!

Morley's department store in Bexleyheath Broadway Shopping centre mall, is another favourite retail outlet where my wife and I occasionally shop. I find the store has a very good choice and variation of delightful products including clothes merchandise, cosmetics, some furniture, furnishings, lighting products etc. quirky food and drink gifts are all on the shelves - Christmas time gifts a good place to search here. Goods well displayed and presented neatly on the shelves and notably advertised in their shop window. A spacious floor space, bright, clean, modern open plan store with a ground and 1st floor. A canteen too on the 1st floor. Lifts, escalators and disabled access in place. Car park with disabled spaces in the Broadway Centre upper floors ( levels 1, 2, and 3) with lifts and stairs accessed to the ground floor. Seasonal bargains in the sales here to be found. We (wife and I) always will return to Morleys, especially to buy 🎁 presents. Purchased a couple of bargain quality products today (14/12/22). We also found staff very friendly, helpful, happy to serve and from our own experiences. Well done Morleys 👏, and thank you for your kind customer service and 'lovely' consumer products. Good quality items and reasonable prices, though tempting and better in the seasonal sales for that special bargain at Morleys. All the best in future business and sales, Chris.👍
I love this place. Originally the home of BHS but has been replaced with a great store. It has festive items currently on sale which make excellent gifts. I shopped for a handbag and was guided by staff. Staff were helpful and polite. It has a fantastic suit and tie section. I fully recommend a stop in this store. The environment is decorative and clean. Great store.
