Ellen at the Bexleyheath branch was super helpful and friendly. Even though there was problem with the tills and she had to restart the tills, it was her friendly and informative attitude that makes me feel like I don't mind waiting. She was also very apologetic about this as well, when it is clearly a situation outside her control.

Absolutely appalled, worker threatened me and my friends over personal issues that doesn't even anything to do with them. And we wasn't even doing anything but trying to find a chair for my friend who was in pain to sit down.
