We came as a group of 14 and were immediately greeted with happy staff. After being seated and not finding exactly what we needed on the menu. Store manager Dan went above and beyond with other staff to accommodate us. Very happy experience and well worth a visit

Have always had good food and good experiences in store here. We ordered on justeat for a home delivery and received the order with some items missing or incomplete. After a few phone calls due to bad connection and justeat not being very helpful we decided to go to the store to pick up a new order. They were very apologetic, made it quickly and put in some extras for free to apologise further. I think the main person we were corresponding with was called Lauren and she was so helpful, efficient and apologetic, ensuring the mistakes were rectified so thank you for that. We are all human and we will definitely be returning due to how it was dealt with when something went wrong. Thank you

I had a great experience here. I needed tea, I explained my milk requirements to the girl and she was brilliant, really understanding and sympathetic to my needs. Very friendly and on the level, i felt so welcomed. Best costumer service ive had for a while, and the tea weren't too bad either. Top marks.
