Open entry to this sandwich serving establishment you'll find a short queue (and I mean short nothing like that one for the queen) to wait in before being served by highly attentive staff. So attentive were the staff that I'd not even realised it was already time for them to take my order - unexpectedly superb! In terms of the quality of the food and beverages we were served, the sandwiches were tasty and filling and the cookies were deliciously gooey. My only complaint was the coffee which was poor in comparison to what you can expect from similar establishments. It was far too milky to the extent that it was almost cold and without flavour. Next time I'll order a cold drink or go somewhere else to get a hot drink.

All things considered with the current strict restrictions, this franchise in Bicester did their best to accommodate. Food was nice and fresh.

On one visit I was offered a lot of optional extras which made a good experience, yet on my second visit I wasnt offered these and they appeared stingy on the salad options in my sub.

*2019 edit* Now had the badly needed refresh, so it’s a lot nicer place to be! Great value for money considering what you get, and much better quality food than McDonald’s. Other reviewers have complained about lack of parking directly outside, but you do have the Sainsbury’s multi-storey just over the road which is free for two hours! Highly recommended overall.
