German Doner Kebab

Food arrived cold don’t think it was restaurants, faults, more likely Uber eats or Deliveroo. I can’t remember which one I ordered from, but either way I called restaurant they weren’t able to help me that evening, so I waited until the next day. Spoke to Jacob the manager who assured me that he would deal with my complaint. Personally he then asked me to come to the store where he replaced the food free of charge and was very conscientious and courteous. So five star review for Jacob, the manager dealt with the situation promptly and fairly, thank you very much.

I like the ordering screens giving options and comparisons, the pricing is reasonable, maybe the single portions are a little small but the cheesy chips were really nice, taco diner was very tasty, but I'll leave out the jalapeño out next time! Overall a great experience and the staff are polite. Deserves to be much busier.

Was very happy to found GDK in bicester town centre. Quick service, very frdly Staff. Joseph from south India was very chatty and welcoming guy and zi had good talk with him. Great food. Extra meat definitely worth it, and flaming chips were good too. Only 2 minor complaints - I ordered with no tomato but it still came with one, and the kebab itself could have been warmer but was probably the cold salad cooling it down. Personally I'd rather have the salad on top of the meat, but hey ho. Will definitely go back to try other items on the menu.
