The Green Rooms

This is a great place to grab a coffee, eat breakfast or enjoy lunch. I would highly recommend this venue to everyone. The food has always been great from the amazing breakfast, the sea bass and even the burgers! Of course they have lots more to offer than just this, but either way, I would strongly suggest you give them a go.

Ordered a hot chocolate and toasted teacake around lunchtime. Both were good. Lots of coffee and tea variations. Lunchtime menu. Nice place visually because there are height changes to seating areas. From memory, I believe you could get a wheelchair in the front area. They allow well behaved dogs. Service was friendly and helpful.

Had the full English breakfast, fantastic to see black pudding included as standard. 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, black pudding, beans (in a pot so they don't touch the egg yay), mushrooms, hash brown. All excellent especially the mushrooms which weren't soggy or greasy. Could have done with another butter for the toast and a bigger pot of tea but all in all would recommend and will be back.

Great lunch and really nice Bistro! We stopped off in Bideford for lunch and were pleasantly surprised to find somewhere as nice as The Green Rooms. We had open grilled sandwiches which were really well presented and tasted as good as they looked. I had a Wild Berry smoothie which was top notch too, can't fault any of it and the prices were more than reasonable. The Bistro has lots of different levels and corners to hide away in which is nice as were the staff. Highly recommend checking out this place which has apparently only been open under new management a few weeks.
