What a lovely traditional North Devon bar. Shirley, the owner is a lovely character. A bar full of friendly locals. Good beer and a nice beer garden out the back. Family friendly.

Very pleasant cheap little pub in the backstreets of Bideford. Pleasant little garden, they dont serve food at the moment apart from rolls but do allow you to bring your own in to enjoy with your pint.
Would definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for a pint in Bideford.

A warm welcome from a very much "locals" pub. We missed the Sunday afternoon meat raffle but caught the cheer of the late afternoon revellers. Situated just off the quay in a small side street with an enclosed beer garden. The beer was good and reasonably priced.
