Love this pub! Used to be my 'local' many moons ago, so it was lovely to have a pint here after so long. Hasn't changed much, which is nice 😊 went for a quiz night, great fun and staff lovely. Def recommend.

The Old jail in Biggin Hill is a genuinely old English pub with excellent food and a good selection of drinks. It has seating for eating and drinking inside and out, the garden is quite large and also accommodates some play equipment.  It also has a reasonably sized car park but poor mobile reception for some networks so a walk up the road may be needed to get a signal! The bar welcomes you with an open fire on a cold night. The name probably came from the practice of occasionally holding prisoners there on their journey from London to Maidstone (a two day journey by horse and carriage).

Fantastic “Inn” to visit. The food is exceptional especially the Steak. Lovely atmosphere. So many beautiful plates, pictures from the War years. It’s a must and cannot wait to go back.

Went here today with my family for a Sunday dinner. We didn't book ahead but the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us and make sure we had a great time. The food was amazing and the relaxed friendly atmosphere made our visit a really pleasurable experience. The outdoor facilities for the children kept the little ones occupied for our visit which made it less stressful for the adults. I can honestly say that we will be visiting this place again next time we are in this part of the UK.

Very nice, well kept ales. Great food and nice friendly staff. The pub itself has a lovely cosy feel and the beer garden is large, with a children's play area.

Went today for the first time as a neighbour had recommended and it was their Jubilee garden party - we were two families with 5 kids under 5 and it was fantastic! We were there early so the place was getting ready for a busy day, but the staff were great and very helpful which started in the car park, entry, and right through to the bar staff and people who brought the food out. The food was surprisingly good compared to other events I’ve been to like this. The fish & chips were hot and crisp, pizzas fluffy and tasty, and I think I hate a whole tray of nachos with guacamole all to myself. The kids loved the climbing frames, slides and of course the bouncy castles (x3). Whilst we were only there for a couple of hours, a great time was had by all and I recommend The Old Jail.
