Delightful Indian restaurant. Great food, great service. Expect to pay £25 to £30 each based on 1 poppadom per person + main course + a couple of drinks each. Well worth the money. We will be returning

Have just returned from an amazing 1st visit here. There was a large party of 30+ of us and took over the whole restaurant. We all had poppadoms and chutney trays to snack on while ordering drinks. These were excellent!
While drinks were flowing orders were taken. We took advantage of the Sunday menu offer. It wasn't too long before the starters came out.
The food was stunning! Hot, fresh and super tasty. Every single one of us agreed on that. It was served in a timely manner by lovely friendly efficient staff.
Can't fault the chef(s)they must have been non stop in the kitchen producing the most delicious amount of starters, mains, sides, rice and naan bread.
The waiting staff were brilliant. So friendly and attentative. Nothing was too much trouble. The head waiter was outstanding he really is the star. I have never seen someone work so fast yet smile so brightly.
I will definitely be returning here for sure. It is hard to find a place with gorgeous food and equally gorgeous service. Thanks for a wonderful evening Spice Lounge Team 💛

Enjoyed the flavour of my paneer starter. My main meal could have been made in someone’s kitchen - delicious. Portion size was small though. The wine was delectable - Sauvignon Blanc New Zealand.

Was a very busy night had to wait but was worth the wait. Service was good, so was the food only down side was one of my party had finished their meal before that received their naan. But will certainly eat there again

A really nice restaurant. The dishes we had were full of flavour old favourites. Everyone was very friendly and service excellent. We are looking forward to trying the house specials next time.

Amazing service and great food to go with it. The staff including the owner Ali go above and beyond to make sure their customers have a great experience. I’m lucky to have such a great Indian restaurant and take away within 10 minutes of Shefford. It is hard to beat our local restaurants but this one has and in my opinion is our best local restaurant without a shadow of a doubt. Before lockdown we have used the restaurant on a few occasions and during lockdown have had take aways, on every occasion the food has been great and great service to go with it.
