Sainsbury's Restaurant

Have had mixed experience in this store, often I am met with just straight amazing customer service and care, there have been times when the staff are very disengaged and I then struggle to deal with them and they are far from helpful. Overall as my score suggests this store is really good, prices are well standard as per the UK at the moment but the service makes up for the fortunes we spend.

Always seem to have what I’m looking for Very helpful and friendly staff. Huge variety of products. Love their walnut bread. Always seems to be easy parking. Not much more to expect from an easily accessible, good quality, good value hyper market UPDATE - SEPT 2023 Again great store and love not having to scrabble for a pound coin to access a trolley. But have a slight complaint on this visit ( Partially my own fault ) I live about 13 miles from this store and visited again to buy a fairly long list of varying items. Arriving home I looked to see what my new nectar points total was and noticed an item on my bill I did not recognise or could make out what it was. So, rather than drive back, I called the store but was directed to a central number with FAQ options that didn’t fit the query but directed me to a website The website referred to various FAQ’s and options of which none suited but directed me to another site with a phone number. Called the number and waited 5-6 minutes. Still on hold, I did what I probably should have done in the first place and got all the items out of cupboards, fridge, freezer, wardrobes upstairs and found it by process of elimination. So, 22 minutes later I put the phone down. What a thicko I am not to have known that a SKU:LS BRUSHED GRIND was actually a man’s cotton shirt 🤔🤪 WHY NOT PUT “SHIRT” IN THE DESCRIPTION ??? Still a great store to shop in though 👍

I would just like to share my experience with the brilliant staff and security at Sainsburys Biggleswade. Today I was intimidated and threatened by another customer because of an incident that happened prior to entering the shop. I didn’t feel safe and after requesting the supervision of a staff member whilst I return to my car, they did nothing but ensure that I felt safe and was safe. Naz the security guard really helped to calm my nerves, stayed and kept an eye out for me until I left. Stellar staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
